Guidelines
Maintain consistency is the name of the game. for better experience in the product, it is very important that every component, Ui decision or any element in the product will be consistent.
Planning, research, characterization and design
I got to be a part of the Ux process, to understand and discover users needs and customers requests. took a part of the research, brainstorming, and made meaningful decisions in many features with my product team.
Torii’s tables were not easy to use. Customers are less prone to use Torii for IT management, because editing and exploring the tables was not simple and intuitive.
Ux Research and understanding the top problems
Only after researching UX and understanding the biggest problems in using the existing tables and researching competitors, I could start characterization work on the existing tables so that they could be useful for any future operation or end case that we would like to use the tables.
And I did even some FUN! :)
