Boost app
Sleep for Performance is a cutting-edge app designed to make elite athletes more effective and efficient, both on and off the field. By analyzing their sleep data, health habits, and specific training modalities, you will be able to determine what changes need to be made in your athlete’s preparation and fitness.

Design language
Boost logo’s design process was very challenging, since the application speaks about sleep and about sport. The logo had to transmit power and movement and on the other hand calmness and ease. The logo that has been chosen is unique to Boost, but also identical to the design language of Sleeprate.
Icons
Creating a uniform visual language for all the icons in the application to represent different sports.

As part of my role as a a UX/UI designer, every design decision based on user studies, characterization, testing different variations until the final design of each feature in the application.
Research, design and characterization
Flow creation and final design
After characterizing and testing different variations both in terms of characterization, flow and the UI, the final design and final guidelines for the development instructions are prepared.

How to get users to keep recording their sleep every night?
Athelets are competitive and feel very proud when they achieve their own goal.

Our main problem
One of the things that we had the most problematic and difficult to crack, is:
how to get our users- the athletes, to keep recording their sleep every night?
After researching the world of athletes and various apps, we realized that in order to motivate our users to continue recording every night, it is to give them a reason and incentive – to set them a goal: Every athlete should record his sleep at least 60 hours a week.
Make it Simple
We had to figure out how to make the user understand his purpose and simplify for him the way in which he will reach the goal and feel satisfied and experiential from the use. Through the final design we arrived at, these are the questions we answered by way of- The athlete should know her/his goal-
- how many hours he/she needs to sleep.
- How much time does he/she have to complete his/her goal?
- Did he/she have a sleep-hours debt?
